Carletti's

Carletti's is an independent Italian restaurant at 1226 NE 63rd St in Oklahoma City, opened in early 2026 inside the restored Kentucky Club building. The building dates to 1939 and operated as a Prohibition-era speakeasy before becoming a longtime barbecue joint; it was redeveloped by historic preservationists Gina Foxhoven, Chip Fudge, and Larry Davis, who kept the Kentucky Club name alive in the bar at the back of the restaurant. The menu is built on recipes from the Carletti and Ravaioli families, Italian immigrants who settled in Oklahoma in the early 1900s after emigrating from Meldola, Italy. Consulting chef Chris Becker worked with the families to document recipes that had only ever been passed down verbally, including a 200-year-old lasagna recipe, ravioli bolognese, and spicy rigatoni. The restaurant makes fresh pasta daily. Behind the main dining room sits The Kentucky Club, a speakeasy-inspired bar paying homage to the building's nightlife history with classic cocktails, beer, and wine. The restaurant takes reservations through Resy, with lunch served 11am to 2pm and dinner 5 to 10pm Tuesday through Saturday, and 11am to 2pm and 5 to 9pm on Sundays.
