BestOKC is a curated directory of places in Oklahoma City. We provide information about local businesses for personal, non-commercial use.
2. Account responsibilities
When you create an account you agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Keep your password secure
- Don't impersonate anyone else
- Don't abuse the service (scraping, brute-forcing, etc.)
3. Content accuracy
We work hard to keep listings accurate, but businesses change hours, close, or move. Verify critical details (especially hours and prices) before visiting. BestOKC is not liable for losses arising from outdated information.
4. User content
If you submit reviews, comments, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use that content on BestOKC. You confirm you have the right to grant this license and that the content is not defamatory or illegal.
5. Intellectual property
All site design, code, and curated rankings are © BestOKC. Listings information comes from public sources and individual businesses — we'll always credit or remove on request.
6. Limitation of liability
BestOKC is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We're not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
7. Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
