About

Will Rogers Theatre is a historic theater at 4322 N Western Ave in Oklahoma City, opened September 18, 1946. The official site (willrogerstheatre.com, loaded over HTTPS 2026-10-09) describes it as 'a landmark in historic Oklahoma City' that 'has served as the heart of the Western Avenue District' for decades, and notes the venue marked its 75th anniversary in 2021 by relighting its art-deco tower with LED tubing. Today the theater operates as a special-event center owned by the Western Concepts Restaurant Group, hosting corporate events, weddings, proms, fundraisers and concerts with full-service catering, a full bar, seating up to 300, a large dance floor, an elevated stage and house sound system. Recent OK Gazette event listings confirm 2024-2025 programming at the venue. The art-deco building originally featured theater-style seating for 1,000, a concession area, original oak detailing, and murals by artist Craig Sheppard depicting the life of Will Rogers. It sits on historic Beltline Route 66.
