National Softball Hall of Fame

Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Needs update · Hours, Photo

The permanent shrine to softball since 1957 in OKC's Adventure District — memorabilia, storyboards and Olympic galleries honoring 400+ inductees, on the USA Softball Hall of Fame Complex next to Devon Park, home of the Women's College World Series.

About

The National Softball Hall of Fame was established in 1957, with the National Softball Hall of Fame and Museum opening its doors in Oklahoma City in 1973 as a dedicated space to highlight the sport's milestones. Operated by USA Softball (the sport's national governing body), it honors over 400 members across player categories (men's/women's fast pitch, slow pitch, modified) and non-player divisions. The first floor highlights softball's colorful history on storyboards and panels with cases of Hall of Fame memorabilia, plus an Olympic gallery from the sport's Olympic era; the lower level features dynamic displays on the NCAA Women's College World Series and USA Softball Collegiate Player of the Year awards. The museum sits on the USA Softball Hall of Fame Complex in the Adventure District, alongside Devon Park stadium (home of the Women's College World Series). Museum and gift shop hours per the official site: Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. (closed weekends); inquiries to hofmuseum@usasoftball.com.
