Mezzo Bakeshop

Mezzo Bakeshop is a European-inspired cafe and bakeshop now open in Midtown Oklahoma City at 1100 N Walker Ave. It occupies the former Brown's Bakery building, which closed in 2023 when owner Bill Brown retired after more than 30 years there; the Arnolds renovated the historic space and opened Mezzo with their own European-cafe vision. The bakeshop is owned by Tori and Chad Arnold, the same proprietors behind multiple Summer Moon Coffee locations in Oklahoma. The concept draws from European cafe culture, designed for lingering over thoughtfully prepared espresso, freshly baked pastries, and seasonal fare. Breakfast includes avocado toast, ricotta pancakes and a breakfast panini; lunch offers soups, salads, and sandwiches with gluten-friendly bread options. The menu runs deeper than a typical bakery cafe: coffee, tea, cocktails, beer and wine are all served, with breads and cheeses made in-house. Hours are Tuesday through Friday 6 am to 3 pm, Saturday 7 am to 3 pm, and Sunday 8 am to 3 pm, closed Mondays.
