The Old Spaghetti Factory is a family-owned and operated Italian restaurant, founded in Portland, Oregon in 1969 by Guss and Sally Dussin. The Oklahoma City location opened October 25, 2021 at 1 South Mickey Mantle Drive in Bricktown, adjacent to the Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark. Every entrée is a complete meal served with fresh-baked sourdough bread, soup or salad, and ice cream for dessert at no extra charge; signature dishes include spaghetti with Mizithra cheese and browned butter. Dining rooms feature antique lighting, stained glass displays, large colorful booths and an old-fashioned trolley car to dine in.
